After we married, we rented out my new house and moved into my husband's fixer upper to save money. My husband is a great handyman but it is hard to find time to work on fixing up the house with a toddler,teenager, and both of us working fulltime jobs. It is also very crowded and seems like we never have enough space. Our upstairs bathroom has been torn apart for the last two years and my husband is still working on the living room. We have a large room upstairs that we were going to make into two rooms but haven't been able to yet. Our downstairs bathroom is also small. Perhaps the worst thing is not having a dishwasher and having to wash dishes by hand. Our house really needs a makeover.
